So glad to have found this amazing vets office so close to home! They really care about my kitties ❤️

My precious baby girl (cat) died a few weeks ago unexpectedly. In my complete panic I went here since it said animal “hospital,” even though my cats have never been. (I’ve been through 4 vets because they all kept switching locations or going out of business.) They were so kind to me here when I ran through their door somewhat hysterical with her body, clinging to hope that maybe she was still alive. They showed me a lot of kindness. The staff ran out and grabbed her immediately from me to check her out, and after finding she was in fact gone, they brought me to a quiet room to tell me, and let me sit with her for as long as I wanted. I didn’t know if she was a nurse or doctor, but the staff member who gave me the news was so kind and compassionate and calming. She talked me through the cremation options so caring in the worst moment of my life; losing the one I loved the very most. My soul cat. She told me to not hold any guilt because she looked healthy and cared for, so it wasn’t my fault. (Sorry if I traumatized any other animal parents that day with my crying. Chloe died completely unexpectedly as she was 8 yo I raised since she was a tiny kitten, and she was seemingly perfectly healthy at the time of her death). I received her ashes in a beautiful wooden urn they help me choose, and two paw prints I bought in addition that she gave advice and personal opinion on the options. The staff let me change my mind about urn choices via text later; which was convenient when I was crying all day. There was a pamphlet with a hotline for grief with her ashes, provided by the cremation company. I appreciate them taking time out of their day to help me when I had never even been before. I think I might start taking my existing cat here. I feel a little traumatized by the vet who told me Chloe was healthy 2 weeks before her death, even though I know it wasn’t their fault she didn’t exhibit any issues at her checkup. Thank you all for your compassion in the most devastating moment of my adult life. Losing the very being I loved the most in this world so unexpectedly, suddenly, and so quickly right before my eyes. I wish you could have met her in life. She was the most unique of all animals and people I’ve ever known.

This place is nice and the staff is caring

I am always pleased with the care given to my cats. In healthy times and sad times the staff is supportive, friendly, and knowledgeable. I feel comfortable and welcome at this practice. I am confident that my kitties will receive excellent care each and every time I bring them in.

Excellent vets, wonderful staff, respectful of my time. Gave me the right advice in a dificult situation.

Great place, the staff, vet techs and doctor were all so nice, very professional and skilled, I felt very comfortable and so did my dog. Ample parking. The reception are is small so might be difficult with reactive dogs. But I will be back with my other pup!

Staff are super nice, friendly, and compassionate toward my very anxious dog. Love Dr. Pieroni and her patient & very kind manner.
