I have had my pet bird for 12 years. He has never been so calm and comfortable at a vet visit before. The staff at Ardmore Animal Hospital were patient and kind and took their time with his exam, which eased his anxiety. I will never take him anywhere else again! Not only was the cost of the appointment reasonable, but the customer service was priceless. Thank you for taking such great care of Sgt. Pepper!

As someone who used to work in nonprofit animal shelters (and subsequently partnered with many veterinarians) for many years of my career, I not only know what a difficult job/industry this can be, I also have fairly high standards for how such businesses/organizations are run. In my ~5 years of using AAH, the staff has always been friendly, compassionate, and knowledgeable, which I feel are the most important attributes to look for when choosing to trust someone with the health and care of your animal family members. However, the several extra cherries on top of AAH's service and overall business practices are the fact that they also manage to be extremely efficient and effective in the more logistical aspects of their business, including effectively managing the flow of in-office traffic, very low/reasonable office wait times, fast/effective pre- and post-visit communications, ease and clarity around invoicing/prices, etc. My only complaint of AAH is that I wish they were closer to my house, but even though there are several other veterinary offices within my own neighborhood, I will continue to stick with AAH because of everything they have demonstrated to me and my family up to this point.

Great experience with our technician and vet. They made the vet experience as pleasant as possible for my dog (who is not a big fan of visits to the vet), and she's already on the mend!
